Calcium Defiency?

Is there a way to tell if my chameleon has calcium defiency she has been pretty active climbing from her basking spot to her twig that’s pretty much it she also like her hanging spot she’s been really bright colors lately is there a way to tell if she has calcium defiancy also I have a t5 bulb but does a led bulb produce up too

I have had her for a 2 to 3 weeks she is not really growing in this pick she’s a bit dark also how do u get your female chameleon to get colors like blue and yellow on her

She is usually green bright green well now she’s light green

zoomed calcium without d3 every day and I alternate Bewtween calcium with d3 and reptivite one a week
