When i give my veiled chameleon calcium with d3 twice a month should i also use the regular calcium without d3 too, like mix them together. Also the multivitamin your supposed to use twice a month, should i use that with the calcium with d3 or use it another time, sorry if thats confusing.

Just use the calcium with d3 or multivitamin without mixing with plain calcium.

Hi! It's confusing alright! But no, calcium with d3 has plain calcium in it, in a sense so it's ok to use on its own twice a month :)

You would also like to use a multivitamin twice a month, the opposite week to your d3.

Ya it is confusing at first but its worth it, i really love him. You should check him out in my last thread i have pics of him. Thanks

Thanks and yeah i love him he's my baby boy. I cant wait till he gets a little bigger. I hope he does get bigger cuz he is still a little small but he is starting to eat a lot more which is always good. He actually goes to the bathroom in a bowl i have for catching water at the bottom of the cage so its like he is potty trained which is really great and makes it easy for cleaning. Thanks again

That's brilliant! Teal'c used to always go in the same place but she stopped doing it when we moved her to a bigger enclosure. They have funny little habits :)

Yes they are very interesting and awesome reptiles. I would say easily the best reptiles to own. I really want to get a panther chameleon. Is Teal'c the name of your cham and what kind do you have.

They tend to poop in water. That's why waterfalls are not recommended.lol

I didnt know that, well im glad he does it because at first he didnt but now he is doing it all the time.

She is a cute one. Dont you try and tame her to become more sociable. I put food in front of Levi and make him walk on my hand to have to reach it, that way he gets used to me. I also always hand feed, that way he knows my hand is what feeds him.

Thank you :)

Yes we've tried hand feeding but she just runs away! We tried to get her out for sunshine but she will jump to get away from us! She was older than we were told so its not as easy as it would be if we got her as a baby.

I'm pretty sure she's gravid with infertile eggs too and that makes them extra grumpy sometimes :)

Your welcome. I have heard that females tend to be grumpier than males are also. Good luck with her in the future and i hope she starts to come around so you can hold her cuz i love holding Levi, even though i dont think he likes it sometimes lol.
