Luis you having these chams is wonderful for the species. You do have such a great track record, I hope it carries to these little guys. Fingers and toes crossed for you.
A few updated images. So far the group seems to be doing well. They're hungry little buggers that seem to like to eat throughout the day. So far we've been feeding them Hydei and 2 week old crickets. They really get excited for the flies but take the crickets without too much hesitation.
Well, it's a little cold for them to be outside so we have them in our workshop along with the Uroplatus and T.deremensis. So far they appear to be doing well! In all honesty, they're so small I would be nervous about housing them outside. Maybe some of the larger Calumma species can be housed under shade houses during the spring/summer and early fall, but Orlando winters have temps that dip below 30 at times so they would definitely need some sort of extra heat source and/or an enclosed shed or greenhouse to survive here full time outside.
Beautiful Luis! Of all the species being imported now from Mad, I think this is the one I would want to work with. A pint sized Calumma...great coloration.
