Whoa! At that rate, you're gonna need to breed your own!!!!!
Sounds like Bart is having a ROY-B-GIV Day. He's special and plays 2 characters. Blue and Violet. 2 for the price of one- if the Price is Right - he might play Red, Yellow or green. Multi-talented!Bart, Bart, Bart! He was so incredibly and brightly colored…until I grabbed my phone to get a pic. ~sigh~ I thought maybe if we went outside he’d put his colors back on. He didn’t put his reds on so much, but the blue! WOW! So blue! I wish my phone camera could catch just how gorgeous his blues are. @Beman just look at how handsome your nephew is becoming.

When we went back inside, then he decided to put on some of his reds…when they were hiding in shadow. I’m not deterred so easily…I grabbed my work phone and used the flashlight. Again, pics just can’t do the vividness of his colors any justice. View attachment 345226View attachment 345227
For all the hard work of being so sweet and gorgeous, he got some extra silkies.

I love-love grasshoppers as feeders. They are highly nutritional, live long and require little care. Really, if we have another food shortage or you miss your grocery run! I'm just saying - they pack a lot of protein!I have 100 more coming from @sauceghandi. I originally ordered 50
but then thought wow, that’s not even enough
How about a nice grasshopper toast! .I love-love grasshoppers as feeders. They are highly nutritional, live long and require little care. Really, if we have another food shortage or you miss your grocery run! I'm just saying - they pack a lot of protein!
@SauceGandhi is the best. Thanks for supplying great feeders. I hate crickets!I have 100 more coming from @sauceghandi. I originally ordered 50

The best of all they live a long time. When I only had Carmelo overweight adult veiled), 1 order of 40 lasted almost 3 months. Maybe 2 or 3 died. I ordered 60 crickets. Ten were dead within 24 hours. I find dead crickets daily. I order 120 crickets a week. 35-40% die! I hate cleaning the Cricket bin - daily chore! AND I HATE DAILY CHORES! My hatred of chores started when I was 2 years old. This is one habit that's never gonna die.Eesh. All this hopper talk and now I’m feeling like I’m depriving my chameleons. I’ll have to think about it.
I’m the same way. I even go as far as to make them watch them on my cameras tooI think we are all just like you. My friends start conversations by saying. How's Carmelo and Bolt? Because if they don't ask, I'm gonna tell them anyway- so it doesn't matter. They are gonna here about the boys.. I might be a terrible friend but I'm a great Cham Parent. That's all that matters.. Im selfish! So what! I don't care! (sinister laugh).
I’m thinking about it too. I might switch hoppers out with my dubia. 2 of my 3 chams won’t eat them anyways.Eesh. All this hopper talk and now I’m feeling like I’m depriving my chameleons. I’ll have to think about it.
Me too! ROTFL! My Colleagues know that Monday mornings are Cham morningsI’m the same way. I even go as far as to make them watch them on my cameras too

My boys will not eat Dubia, BSFL, Wax worms, or superworms. No matter how many times I try. They will not eat green eggs and ham. I'm limited to crickets, silkworms, hornworms and grasshoppers.I’m thinking about it too. I might switch hoppers out with my dubia. 2 of my 3 chams won’t eat them anyways.
Here is my line of thinking….I’m thinking about it too. I might switch hoppers out with my dubia. 2 of my 3 chams won’t eat them anyways.
