Picasso will love them and so will you. The grasshoppers are ugly but I love them because I just throw greens in the bin and that's it. No cleaning! I HATE CLEANING!

So many questions about this bug. Is it eating a younger hopper? Why does its back legs look funny? Aren’t there supposed to be things attached to the yellow things sticking up? I’m so confused.

Nope he's not eating a
grasshopper. He's a vegan. He had someone's molt stuck on his foot. The leg on the floor is another molt. His wing pads have turned into wings. The wings are attached under the yellow thing.

I hate them too, I wish hoppers are readily available like crickets. But for the meantime I have to train Picasso to eat different insects so that if one is not available I will not be in panic.

Yes, I only feed 3 grasshoppers max- in a day. I feed worms first, after ge finishes worms I put the grasshoppers in free range. I use crickets everyother day. I don't feed grasshoppers everyday because when they are not available there will be a problem.

Archi is also completely on hoppers, the rest (Xanth, Boehmei, Parson) aren’t really interested, they’re more hooked on dubia’s.
