You should fill out the care sheet - It looks to me like he could use more sun and his lighting might be bad - but I'm not an expert - If you fill out the care sheets some of the more experienced chameleon people can help you get him healthier-You should also read the care sheet - and make corrections where needed -

Welcome to the forums. Your little guy has MBD and needs to see a vet right away. He will need liquid calcium and a shot that will draws the calcium to his bones. He will need plenty of UVB. If you live in an area that's having some warm weather, he could really use some outside time. What kind of UVB bulb are you using? I'd get a new one. What kind of supplements are you using? Filling out the Ask For Help form linked below would be very helpful for us to be able to help you with your chameleon.

This is how I have had success keeping my veileds: https://www.chameleonforums.com/blo...-keepers-young-veiled-panther-chameleons.html

Yes, definitely MBD. Please follow Jannb's advice above. Your cham needs veterinary support immediately, and if you fill out the form, we can advise if there is anything in the way you are keeping him that could be improved.

Correct me if I am wrong, but MBD seems to be pretty easy to diagnose in a Veiled because of the deformed casque. The amount of deformation would vary though depending on how long it's had to develop.

MBD is diagnosed not just from the casque.

its more easily seen in the arms and legs.

See the front arm, and how it has an extra 'joint' in it?

How the elbow doesnt make a perfect bend like ours do?

thats because the arm has been broken at some point, because of lack of calcium.

Right, I was aware of that but once again, this is a pretty severe case. I wouldn't expect the 'extra' joint to be nearly as prominent at early stages.

In the early stages the signs of mbd dont show up in the casque.

it shows up from the chameleon falling alot, or grabbing itself.

You should be using plain calcium (no D3!) at every feeding.
Multivitamin should be used twice a month.
Calcium with D3 also twice a month (if your multivitamin already contains D3, you don't need that one).

It's really important to give your boy plenty of calcium, so please buy one ASAP.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a speedy recovery :)
