can you put a veiled in a shallow bath??

Hi guys I was wondering if any1 has put there veiled in a bath to help with the shedding as when I spray him he runs away
Any help would b great
Many thanks
Ben

I would put him in the shower on a plant and run luke warm water . The humidity and the shower should help loosen the stuck

If you put him in a shallow bath they sometimes that freak out and just stuggle to climb out the whole time. At least in the shower , even if he moves away from the water stream the humidity in the air will help

Thanks, also my cham don't seem to like crickets,I give him mealworms and he loves them but I don't wanna give him just mealworms, what other insects would you recommend as I'm in UK and don't get as much variety as you guys from america

Roaches, silkworms, hornworms, locus, hoppers, stickbugs, mantis...not sure how many of those you cab get in the UK

You may also find that he is much happier about mistings if you use very warm water in the mister (it will be cooler when the droplets reach him) and begin spraying him from the tail and work your way forward.

I'm also from the uk, well N.Ireland, and I was struggling getting a different variety of food from any pet stores here. I went on line....www.silkwormstore.co.uk and I was able to get everything I needed and it only took two days to come. I def recommend this company and I will be using them again. I was able to get calci worms, Dubai roaches, silkworms and locusts. (I can only ever find huge locusts and crickets in my pet stores here) hope this helps
