Can you use eco earth to hatch chameleon eggs

I've only used vermiculite.

Yes you can use a wide variety of substrates however for a higher percentage hatch rate it has been proven that vermiculite and perlite or a mix of the two work best. I've used a sand Pete moss mix with great success.
