Oh, my avatar was my Nosy Be from the Kammers. I had him about 8yrs..he was just awesome. Bred him twice. Don't need to do that again. But it was fun and exhausting all at the same time.
So hard to sell the little guys. Females are sweet!!
I also breed 2 species of geckos. Have some frogs, turtles and a tortoise, 3 lab ret and fish tanks.

My candy baby is really a sweetie so far!! hasnt so much as puffed up yet!! (knocking on wood)

Liberachi was so old. I hand fed him the last year. He health really declined. It was hard. He finally was just done. Went to sleep.
He loved to go outside and bask in the So Cal sun...i give that credit for the long life of my pets.
I had a pair of Iguanas that lived in a 20ft x 8ft x 8ft enclosure with a heated house(don't ask what it cost to heat it) and a dog door to the outside with a pond. they were so old. Long life. You just can't replace the sun.

Crazy...at just a few months!!....
Bruce said the reds and orange show first, blue's and purple later..but wow!!!

It will be fun to have brothers to watch.

I love them. It's what I always try to do. Give them all the best life I can. Then when the end does come, I know I gave them a good happy life. Liberachi was wonderful. I have good memories. My crappy husband then would not let me keep a baby or I would have.

Good that I am now in a better place.

the colors get more intense weekly, if not more rapid. it was a lot of fun watching Floyd mature. still is!
