Some of the babies. The babies were adorable and so very tiny. Jeremy we saw at least 10 different babies so that's your 40+ chameleons.

Wow, so adorable! I loved seeing shedding in the wild! Funny, they don't look as grumpy as our guys get! :D

Awesome Jann! Once again, Im so so jealous you got to see them in the wild. That male looks identical to one of mine, and yes, the other is def a female. Thanks for posting:)

oh my gosh!!!! that baby is not much bigger than your fingernail!!!!!!!!

are that male and/or female thought to be either parent of the babies???

Jann thanks for documentation of the chameleons you saw on your trip. 40 chameleons that's a good number of chameleons. Did you only document two species?

Thanks to everyone for looking and for the nice comments about my photos in all my threads.

Jeremy, I documents three species. The little Brookesia were in the thread with the Nosy Be's.

Lisa, I don't think we found the parents. I believe this male and female were both young.

I hope you are recovering from Sandy?

Great photos! How long were you in Cape Town? Thanks again for sharing :)

We were in Cape Town for four days. It was gorgeous. It reminded me allot of South California. South Africa was thriving and didn't seem to be having any of the economic problems like the US.

Thanks Jon! These little guys were awesome and the babies were so very tiny.
