Care On Jackson Chameleon

Right guys, this is really more aimed towards people who owned a Jackson Chameleon. Could you please give me all information and care on the Jackson Cham please. I'm very weary of reading stuff online has its not always reliable

Dad gave me £200 as a late b-day gift and I have a spare cage and I want to know everything and gain knowledge before jumping into this species :D only have experience with a veiled and panther.

I don't have a specific question right now no. Actually I do, the spare cage I have is 1 foot, by 1 foot by 3 foot, how long would that do him/her before upgrading? I'm torn between a Jackson or another Panther lol

You could use it from 3months to maybe 6months.
What type of enclosure is it?

Its a reptibreeze screen enclosure. It's still sat with everything it, it used to house my veiled cham that died at the vets, so everything needs taking out and cleaning before anything else goes in it.

Sorry about your veiled:(
It would be a good idea to clean everything well before using it with another animal.

IMO, its harder to get the temp gradient correct for a jackson.
It would be even harder in an enclosure that size, but if you do the lights like Jdog explains, with the basking angling more towards the outside of the enclosure you could get it there;)
I keep mine in a 2x2x4, you can see her cage here:
