carlos needs your !!!!!!HELP!!!!!!!

I noticed this about 2 weeks ago. His front left arm seems to have gotten very bumpy and large but its only by the arm thats by his feet. Iam taking him to a vet tomorrow to see what they say. He still moves around but not as much as he use to. Also he can only move his foot one direction. He doesnt really turn it like he use to....please help
ps.. the photo of him on my hand is a pic before i saw the bumps

it could be gout, or an infection..


but a vet is needed to determine that.

alsom, his casque looks very small for his body size. im concerend he isnt growing properly.

hes also very dark, which implies stress.
