Sweet deal on some rarely offered cb chams! Don't suppose you hatched any Giant Carpets too?

Kent .. LOL

Don't have any giant carpets .... yet !! Carpets are tricky in many ways, as anyone who has worked with them can tell you. Expect a few obscenities ! I'm not going to tell you that I think I am good with them yet, far from it. Most know that they like it cooler. Alot like Jackson's works pretty well. Here's a tip for those that manage to get eggs : Better hatch rates are achieved if the eggs stay around 66-68 degrees throughout. Anything in the 70's will reduce results. I do not yet know if they ever hatch in a "jail-break" fashion like panthers and veileds usually do. I've worked with lateralis off and on for years, and more often than not, typical hatch spreads out over a month. I have played with many temps. Otherwise, they are "cool" as $hit to work with. They grow as fast as panthers and veileds ... then they just stop ! Take care.

Moratorium on orders

Demand was pretty strong on these animals, and all that were available for shipment in the next 2-3 weeks have been spoken for. I have more coming up that will be large enough to sell then, as well as for a few weeks afterwards. More are hatching every day or two. Thanks.

Is the one in the 1st pic a male? I like how that one looks the best. I have been wanting one of these since I saw them in a book I read. I am definantly interested in one of these. Can you pm me on the specifics for their care and housing? If I can accomadate one I will buy one! Thanks!

These guys are amazing! REALLY want some! you mentioned having some more in the next few weeks?! Is shipping to Canada difficult or expensive? I've heard some stories..

Hey Lisa,

I am often approached by Canadian keepers, and the situation is the same as if you lived in China. For anyone in the U.S. to legally ship you a CITES Appendix II listed animal, a permit issued specifically for that shipment (the number of animals does not matter) must be obtained via USF&W. It cost $100 currently, and depending on whether the animals being shipped are CB or a re-export, the wait varies from several weeks to several months. The shipment then requires an inspection of USF$W at the designated departure port airport, $55. Canada likely requires an accompanying health inspection be performed by a certified vet within 30 days of export by the exporter, $50 - $300. As only certain airports are designated as ports by USF&W for the export of controlled animals, a broker will need to be used there to handle the animals from the exporter, lest the exporter incur $100-200 of their own time taking the animals to the port airport, and that will add $100-200, even more for larger shipments. My minimum export order is $5K, and as a breeder of what I ship, the permit wait is appoximately 3 months. It is easier for you to import at your end than for me to export at my end. Even so, you will need an importer's permit/license, and likely a quickly obtained permit specific to the shipment, from Canada. They won't be free either. Actual shipping for one animal: $50-75 :)

A Few More Males Ready

The males included in this post are ready to go. No females for another couple of weeks. In each photo are numbers referring to the specific animal. The two digits to the right are in-house clutch numbers, and where those numbers are different from another photo, those animals would be unrelated. Priced as in first post. Email at [email protected] if interested. Great selection. Great quality. And great prices ;) ! Thanks.

:pOMG! They are perfect  I wish I had extra cash or room for that matter right now. But, I've had to call a hault to my intake of late as I've had some Peacock chams come to live with me. More than one new addition a month and my husband's likely to throw me out on my ear!! :p

Just got the last 0.1 of my 2.2 yesterday. !!!!

Thanks Jim!

What a beauty - Bigger than the other three. Very healthy looking . I love her.

Thanks again

To those who are waiting,

Ryan, thanks for the feedback !

To those waiting, Ryan was first on the list for a female, and there was only one left from the earlier groups. Others are growing, and I still figure on about two weeks until I can offer more. I thank all for their patience. Trust that your lateralis-to-be is receiving very good care until then :)

Hi I sent you a PM a few days ago and I was wondering how much shipping would be to 63304 for an unrelated pair. Also, is there any way that you could email me some pics of some of the ones you think look the best so I could pick the 2 i want out? If that will be a pain don't worry about it, I just like to get to check out a few of them and pick the ones I like. When I buy them is there any way you can either email or send with the babies a pic of the sire and dam of each of the babies and their names? I have been keeping a file for my 2 chams I currently have so that if I would ever breed I have a bunch of info to offer the people who would buy the babies.

Hey Kelz,

Yup, you did PM us. And you got a reply that same day, which you responded to. Here's a snippet of what we sent:

Hey Kelz,
Shipping for two chameleons to you in Mizzou is $47. A pair of carpets shipped would therefor be $140 + $47 for a total of $187. I won't have females large enough for another 2-3 weeks though....

When they are available, we will send you as many photos as we have of different animals that are available. We follow a pecking order, first-come-first-served, but do not give exended rights-of-first-refusal if someone is slow to respond, doesn't pay attention to PM's or emails, etc. All specific inquiries about specific purchases are requested to be addressed via email, [email protected], as having a running dialogue in 2-3 different places causes miscommunications and delay. Dropping us a note there is the best ! Thanks.

Some more now available

Just took these photos this AM. All CB here. I am having to limit the sale of females only in pairs with males. Lone males are $75 plus shipping. Male-female pairs are $150 plus shipping. Info on each animal is imbedded in the pictures. The first four numbers identify a specific animal, and the two following the dash identify a bloodline. Only two animals in this group are related, as 1301-01 and 1304-01 are siblings. In the end, the females are usually regarded as ending up with the most color, but both sexes can show a lot of variety. It is also our experience that CB raised animals grow 1-2 inches longer in total length than WC's, with some males reaching 11" total.

All animals come with our five day full satisfaction guarantee. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. We ship Mon-Tue-Wed for delivery the following AM. We ship in well insulated boxes with heat packs for the rest of the cold season, and guarantee all that we ship, regardless of temps or carrier error. Send zip code for a shipping quote, email preferred [email protected], or call 863-438-9477 (10 AM - 9 PM EST). Thanks.
