cham shaking?

so i really hope this is not serious (i have read some things relating to MBD). My cham just shook when he was standing next to the mister as it was going off...I done know if it was because he was slightly getting sprayed or what. from what i have seen he has never done this before. Should i be alarmed by this? it seemed to be only he neck and head twitching. I will also post a pic i took of him 10 mins bfr it happened...let me know if u notice anything bad but i think he looks extremely healthy. oh plus, sorry this is a screenshot of my snapchat i took so it has my snapchat name on it...feel free to add me anyone!:ROFLMAO:

My panther will do it when I mist in the morning. I assume it's from the temperature of the water and him not appreciating the feeling. Kind of like jumping into a pool for the first time, the initial 'shock' so to speak.

I had the same question. My veiled did this yesterday after he was climbing by his light. I was worried that he was sick or something because he did it again today and has never done it before.

I wouldn't be alarmed. The shaking related to MBD is a slight tremor in their legs when they walk.
He actually has had a tremor in his walk for a while...as long as I can remember. Do u think I should schedule a vet visit or do u think he is ok? Edit- it is not a tremor when he is walking but when he is climbing upwards. Not walking
In a straight stick.

I really think what you are seeing is just a form of body language. My Jackson's does this a lot!!! Of course without seeing yours do this in person or on video I can't be positive it's the same thing but it sounds like it is. My guy does this for various reasons. If someone is looking too closely at him for too long, if I take too many pictures of him, if I offer him a feeder he doesn't want or he's just not hungry, sometimes at the very start of misting - these are all reasons for him to shake and bob his head, basically saying no I don't want that right now or stop it I don't like that!!! He's a very friendly guy but also packs some attitude!!! He's also a big time leaf mimic often swaying in the breeze that's not there!!! If he's really irritated he will even shake his whole body up and down quickly a few times! Usually this is in refusal of a feeder he doesn't like the looks of!!!

Edit - didn't see the post about the tremor when I wrote this. Are you sure it's not the "blowing leaf" walk?

And no it's not, but I did edit my post about that. He only does that when he is climbing upwards. He will never tremor when he is walking on a straight stick or on a downwards incline.

It sounds like maybe the tremors are related to the extra effort he must exert while climbing upwards. That is something I am not familiar with. If you are supplementing correctly and have UVB it seems doubtful it's MBD, but I've had no experience with MBD issues so I'm not going to start guessing!!
