Cham stressed help!!!

Hello my 3 year old male panther chameleon has seemed to be stressed for the last couple of days. He's his darker color and is eating less than he usually does. i have him in a 2x2x4 enclosure. i have a eco-terra monsoon that sprays his cage every 3 hours, also i give it a nice drenching in the morning. i also have a 100w basking bulb and 1 reposition 5.0 on top. My question is, Is that enough? does my cham need more light or heat? Should i buy a plant bulb? need help asap!!!!

The darker color and lack of appetite could be signs of an incoming shed. Is he puffing up out of nowhere and "yawning" and rubbing himself on things too>
