Cham won't eat!!

I've had him for almost 3 weeks he's about a year old I have a 10.0 uvb heat light dripper cage is 2 foot by 20 inches by 5 foot I feed him roaches but have to force feed him he has good grip but is looking skinny from not eating someone help! I've had my female for a year now she's doing great.

When the lights are on its 80 85 at top an 70 75 at bottom when lights go out it gets down to 60 some nights. He don't show the dark coloring of stress like my female does. I have force fed him a few times I just don't understand what his deal is.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues! Where did you get him? What did they have him eating? Did they take him to get checked for parasites recently? If not, I would find some stool and get that done ASAP. Have you tried getting him to eat something else? They can be picky eaters. How active is he? Is he constantly looking around? Is he acting sluggish in any way or lethargic?

I dont know how to start a new thread but my chameleon about 1 and a half to 2 months ate for the first time here he was not eating so when he opened his mouth i let hi take it if he wanted it he took it and a second one but now he is opening his mouth and moving his back weirdly hes still walking but i dont know what is wrong Please help immediately he just spit some out please why is he not eating!! Also he has an eye that he does not open and i have never seen but one open.

@Blake a ...to start a new thread click on the word Forums in the green bar at the top of the page.
