Chameleom seems rather small for his age...

So about 8 or 9 months ago I purchased a chameleon from a breeder. I've had him in my care for the entirety of his life so far and most things have been going well. He passed a couple sperm plugs and is slowly but surely overcoming what I believe to be an eye infection. Now I have run into a new problem. Well, I wouldn't say problem, but it's more of a concern. He seems really small for his age. He eats, drinks, sheds, shows color... everything he should be doing except growing. I have been gutloading crickets since I got him, and just today started feeding him some small hornworms, but I want to know if he could have something wrong, I'm really concerned. Please help! This picture is from a few days ago:

Dusting happens once a week, the crickets are gutloaded all the time with different fruits and veggies. He has a UVB as well, 5.0 reptisun, I believe.

how often and how much do you feed him? For his age I would think he should get about 10-12 med Dubia roaches a day gut loaded on mustard greens, turnip greens, dandelion leaves, collard greens, escarole lettuce, papaya, watercress and alfalfa and dusted with calcium and twice a month with calcium with D3 and twice a month with a multi vitamin like reptivite. Phoenix worms, horn worms and Super worms about once a week as a treat. If you haven't been doing this, this maybe why he is so small, but do not despair follow this and he could pick up and get bigger

Your chameleon-8-9 month old male panther chameleon
Handling-once every other day most of the time.
Feeding-Mainly gutloaded crickets, trying to start getting him eating hornworms.
Supplements-Calcium no D3, calcium with D3.
Watering-Mainly spray bottle or dripper.
Fecal description-Typical white or brown.
History-Has had right eye irritation, sometimes open, sometimes closed.
Cage type- Homemade screen cage, unknown dimensions but over 3 feet tall.
Lighting-Standard 100w bulb for basking, UVB 5.0, night time heat lamp.
Temperature-typically 85-90 during day for basking. 75-80 in non-basking spots.
Humidity- anywhere from 40 to 70.
Plants- None, haven't purchased any yet.
Placement- my bedroom. I'm hardly in there so it's a good place for him to be away from people. Central air vent on other side of room.
Location- Philadelphia
Current problem-He seems to be very small for an 8 or 9 month old panther cham. If there's any sort of problem, I want to help him ASAP.

Has he ever been checked for parasites? You're also not answering some of the questions that are being asked by other members. How many crickets and how often are you feeding? Also, where exactly did you hear that dusting should only happen once a week? There is also no mention of a vitamin supplement which you should be dusting twice a month along with the Calcium D3.

From what I can see he needs more plants and vines places to hide like this
