The gutload care image has been updated. The previous version grouped all suggested ingredients into one list. While it did stress offering a variety of foods this new image takes a different approach. The new image puts each ingredient into one of four categories and suggests that all four groups be used when creating a complete gutload. Please take a look and let us know what you think.
This update was researched and developed by @Beman, @DocZ, @JacksJill, @jamest0o0, and @Kaizen. I was told that Kaizen played an instrumental role in breaking down and organizing the ingredient options. A big thanks goes out to everyone involved.
