Chameleon cost

well depends on the chameleon you are specifically looking for. I have seen veileds going for like $20 and holdback panthers going for $600

also location isn't really an issue because chameleons can be shipped safely

True. I paid 400 for my ambilobe, and I'm about to make payments on a Nosy Faly that's 600. Those prices aren't including shipping.

We have a few members from the UK, I'm sure they could tell you with more accuracy. I know that it's completely different over there than in the states. Contact member MissLily, she lives in England and might know about prices.

Good luck!

I can't help with prices, but I can help with names of breeders. MuJi is a breeder in Oxford http://chameleonworldmuji.co.uk/
There is also Lillyexotics: http://www.lillyexotics.co.uk/chameleons.php

I live right down South, on the Isle of Wight so I don't know of many breeders up north. You could send Katcham and dreamforthedead messages as they both live further up north - they could tell you where they got their chams from. Katcham has a male Panther and dreamforthedead has veileds, but she might know of Panther breeders up that way.

I will say that i have met MuJi (Julian and Michaela) a couple of times at the Portsmouth show and their Panthers are gorgeous! Really lovely people too! Of course you could always go to the Doncaster Show although I am not sure when that is. Here's a link to RFUK and a list of shows in the UK. http://www.reptileforums.co.uk/forums/reptile-shows-breeder-meetings/
