Chameleon names!

Our first cham was a male veiled named "Elrond". Named after the king of the elves in Lord of the Rings. Mostly because he actually looked like the actor.
Our new cham who is a 3 month old male panther is "Loki" named after the Norse god of mischief and trickery. When we picked him up from FedEx, he almost jumped out of the little deli container and starting running around in the car. When we got him into his baby bin, we would look and he'd be on a branch and look away for a sec and he'd be up on the rim of the top. View attachment 268834

Lately I've been calling my guy(noname) cranjis, short for cranjis mcbasketball. Goal is to one day have a tegu named dandy chiggins. My wife and I watch the impractical jokers constantly... and I gotta admit ever since I found out why @JoXie411 named her guy LARRY, I just couldn't resist.

My baby veiled is named Cosmo. I first thought of it because some of my other pets have space-like names. But the more I think about it, his name is also a bit inspired by the show 'The Fairly Odd Parents (in the show there is a green fairy named Cosmo). It used to be my favorite show when I was younger, plus I'd like to think that Cosmo is my own little green fairy ? Also, Cosmo's "full" name is Cosmo Charles, after the Grateful Dead song "Cosmic Charlie."?
