chameleon scared of cup feeding

Hello, I recently bought my first chameleon about 3 weeks ago. She is a female nosy be and is around 4 months old. She has lots of energy and destroys crickets. However she seems to have no interest in any other form of food ( from what I understand a variable diet is extremely important for them). She is to scared of me to eat from tongs so I tired cup feeding but she seems scared of the cup as well. When I put a cup with super worms or dubia roaches in the cage she usually goes to the top and climbs on the screen. Has anyone experienced this? Should I maybe just wait till she's older and more comfortable with me? Any advice or tips is greatly appreciated.

Hi lucmyers you have to use other insects... in the past my chams do the same things and i figure out that they don't like the dubia and lateralis roaches superworms too they are big and not so good for young chams.
try to feed your chams with:
1calci worms my chams love these worms
2 mealworms my male chams loves it
3 silkworm even when i try to feed the extra large the eat instantly
4 hornworms ( not available in my country) damn!
5 butterworms
all these insects are good for cupfeeding.

mealworms are not very good as they have a hard shell and can possibly cause impaction
