Where did you get your UVB? I can tell you that it is not a 75W bulb. Can you post more pics of your cham? He looks dehydrated and probably has nutritional deficiency. Try to get close up pictures from different angles.

I just tired forcing feeding him by getting his mouth open he wouldn't eat and his inside of his mouth is white

I don't know if someone has addressed this but misting for 30 seconds for times a day is not enough. Also you should put a real plant or two in there, it'll help with your humidity, they like humidity. You should mist him for minutes at a time. Or until you see him like smacking his lips that means he's getting thirsty and is about to have a drink. They like to drink from leafs usually so if you get all your plants drip drop wet that should help with his hydration. Urates is the pee part of the poop. White is healthy, orangish is hydrated and a deep orange means really dehydrated.
