Chameleon Sneezing?

My cham keeps making noises as if he's sort of sneezing, mainly after misting, but he's only started doing it recently and never before. Is he just clearing water from his nostrils that got in during misting or is it a sign of something worse?

He's currently shedding so he's not eating as much as usual.

Also I've recently changed his tank from a 65 gallon Wood+Glass to a 100 gallon full mesh enclosure because his last tank was way too hot. Could it be the rapid temperature drop? The current temp is just over 80F, around 85F for basking.

Check to see if his nostrils look blocked. He may just be clearing water from them as you mentioned. Sometimes chams can get salts built up in their nostrils. It will look white around the opening. Often a sign of dehydration or overdusting calcium. If he is sitting with his mouth open, head tilted straight up a lot of the time, gulping heavily, sitting still dark under the basking spot for hours, or showing a lot of sticky mucous in his mouth, he may have a respiratory infection. If not, and he's eating and drinking normally, he may be fine.

What do you do if there white around the nose

The white is fairly common and isn't a problem. It can be a sign that he needs a bit more to drink.
