chameleon stopped growing

please help i have had my panther chameleon amiblobe supposedly male but looks female to me, i have been weighing him since i got him with some gains over the months but these 2 months he has not grown at all. i think he is eating because when i put crickets and meal worms in i normally don't see them any more after a few times but i work to much so i have not actually seen him eat in a while. the humidity level is normally 65% min and heat is good due to the thermostat. since i got him i always used the uva/uvb namiba terra bulb which is shown in the picture then i changed it to a more powerful bulb the exo terra uva/uvb bulb around 3 months about the time the chameleon stopped growing, could it be a coincidence maybe. so i changed it back to the namiba terra bulb 2 days ago. i also have a exo terra uvb basking light for heat. behaviour: he normally really black and occasionally ballooned and gets very close to the uv light and rests on top of the leaf for some time and does tend to walk around the cage after 1pm.

the chameleon should be from 7-8 months old i got him when he was 1 months old

PLEASE HELP

thanks

What are the temps in basking area? What colour is your Cham when sleeping?
Not 100% of sex, if you could post pic of Cham from side with tail straight out, someone can tell better.
Kath.

this is the picture of the chameleon sleeping just know the basking area is around 28 degrees Celsius but im more interested on the not growing problem rather than the gender thanks :)

Maybe he is not getting food. I suggest a feeding cup. Just cause the food is gone doesn't mean he ate it.

Put the worms in a cup and count how many there are before and after, that way we know he's eating.

Looks like a male to me. As long as you are sure that he is actually eating what you put in, he should be fine. I would try to get him some other bugs, like locusts or roaches, if you can. Make sure the crickets are gut loaded and dusted. Panthers do grow at their individual rates. Olympia's blog, much ado about chameleons, documents the growth of two male panthers. One grew very fast, the other took his sweet time but eventually outgrew the quick grower.

thanks for you help :) do i need to take another photo of the chamaleon so you can verify if he female or male ? thanks
