Chameleon too hot? Also, possible RI?

Hey, so i’d say my male Veiled Cham is still kind of a baby as he’s around 4-5 months old. I keep him in a medium sized reptibreeze and his humidity is usually chillin around 50%-70%. I just got him back from the vet about 2 days ago because he had an RI and they claimed they treated him for it but literally the day I got him back I watched him take a super deep breath and make a little bit of a noise as if he was struggling to breathe. He’s done this about 3 times since his return and i’m wondering if when they treated him the RI just never went away? or if he managed to get another RI in literally a single day which I think is unlikely. also another problem i’ve had since I got him back is that sometimes when he’s basking he opens his mouth and I know that could be a sign that he may be too hot but this is something that he never did before so i’m unsure if he’s too hot or if it could mean something else? I thank you in advance for your help lol.

did they not give you any meds to take home for the RI?
well, I got him from petco and if you’re animal gets sick within 30 days of purchasing them, you may return them and they’ll get them checked out by a vet and they’ll pay for any of the charges. he had an RI about 2 weeks ago and was at the vet for 2 weeks while they treated him, but the first day I got him back I had noticed he was still kind of struggling to breathe. so I was wondering if he could still potentially have the RI, even after they supposedly treated him.

It takes longer than two days to cure a respiratory infection.

What did they treat him with?
