whoever this person is has taken pictures of jacksons chameleons in Palos Verdes, CA http://www.flickr.com/photos/truelifeimages/359069961/in/photostream/ who knows where though that is a huge peninsula. But would be great conditions for montane chameleons. The city is located very close to the ocean and it stays very cool up there and gets alot of marine lair from the ocean. Lots of huge properties with overgrown trees and bushes and many hiking areas that havent been developed with alot of trees. There were some wild fires a few years back. Hopefully not too many of the chameleons were killed during that.
