I agree chams and mantids are simply awsome photo op's for to many reasons to list.Its one of the best aspects to this hobby.

I know, I wish that i had a camera that could take photos like that. What type of mantids do you guys keep? I just picked up a cryptic mantis (Sibylla pretiosa) nymph over the weekend at a reptile show, there is a breeder here in Orlando that sells online. www.deadlymantis.com. This is my first mantid to try and keep. Its pretty tiny right now.
 
I've currently got a ghost and two gambian flower mantis's.

I'm wating for them to hit adulthood before I photograph them, they're so small as nymphs.

But here's one of the giant indian I had last year.

I can't see the picture for some reason. I like the ghosts, they look like leaves. I am checking into getting an orchid mantis (hymenopus coranatus) but they are hard to find.
