Jackson’s husbandry requirements are different than panther’s and veiled’s. You will be ok with a complete mesh cage for either. @NashansCamos is in the UK and has some good setups.

If I did get a Jackson what would be the best enclosure a hybrid one.

It's not. There are people here from Europe (incl. UK), Canada, Australia, and probably other regions (not everyone identifies their locations).

I know of a reptile forum in the UK, but IIRC, all species of lizards are discussed in the same sub-forum.

One of the people told me that they know of someone who tried to keep a jackson chemelon in a screen enclosure and it died because humidity couldnt be held in.

I think I know why the chenelon died they tried to keep the humidity up 80 percent all day so that caused its deaths. Not the screen enclosure ok this has helped me as I know you guys have told me jackson chemelons only need 30 to 50 in the day and 80 to 100 at night.
