So I found a Hornworm that looked like it had been chomped and spit out! Has this ever happened to anyone, he ate two yesterday maybe he didnt like the way that one tasted?
mine did that with a cricket the other day. funny thing is she LOVES crickets.. just that one i guess.. and it wasn't like it was too big either.. was kinda odd.
My panther did this with a silk worm when I was watching. He took it at first, chewed it and dropped it and looked at me like "what the hell was that" LOL
Sometimes they are just too big. The chameleon will bite it and chomp down, then drop it. I have seen this before, try a smaller size. I know hornworms are quite tasty and chameleons usually do not just spit them out.
