Cleaning a Reptibreeze cage

Hi all, I have an 18x18x36" reptibreeze aluminum screen cage and it came with this thin 18x18" substrate tray for the bottom of the cage. Since ive only had it one week to the day, I havent really given it a solid cleaning aside from wiping up some spilled water and a few dead leaves/crickets. If i were to remove the umbrella plant or at least lift it up and remove the tray entirely, what are some good household cleaning products that I can use to disinfect the tray and/or just clean up the top of it with just water and a damp paper towel? anything in regards would be greatly appreciated. thank you.:D

Im not sure what a reptibreeze cage is, but if its like any other screen cage, remove animal, plants, branches etc. and scrub it with soapy water ( I use dish soap and a rag) and rinse. Easy as that! Clean Cage!!!

does it have to be diluted or what proportions to water?

I usually use like 1/4 vinegar and the rest water, vinegar is completely safe so don't worry too much about proper ortions. Vinegar also works really well to unclog and clean misting nozzles if you have a mister. Just let it soak in a bowl for like 15 min. And it gets rid of any build up.
