Closed eyes

My little male veiled cham seemed to be doing well. He just completed his second shed about a week ago. after his last shed he has seemed more lathargic. He moves around the cage don't get my wrong and he seems to be eating and drinking but he always has his eyes closed. Even when I get him out of his cage he seems to just sit with is eyes shut. He gets supplements and his cage is the proper temperature. any suggestions?
