you could start out using them like two or three times a week. I would maybe get some silkworms and give two or three of them every couple of days mixed in with the crickets. If you don't want the silks to grow real fast you can feed them every other day or couple of days. They won't die without the chow. You can order them from Mulberry Farms or Coastal Silkworms along with the food. They sell pods which are nice that have the worms and all the food to go with it in one container. The thing is they have 24/7 access to the food and they grow very quickly.

Sounds to me like you are overdoing the D3...I dust with a phos. Free calcium at almost all feeding and only use the one with D3 twice a month. If you search on here you should be able to find the information that I wrote about supplementing. Sorry I can't link you to it from here.
