Coil Versus Tube UVB

Just curious, Would a coil repti-glo 5.0 be good enough for a month or two until I can get some more money together? LIke i had posted in my previous post about the UVB tube, I take her outside for an hour-hour and a half almost everyday but I won't be having that much time on my hands pretty soon here. Just wondering if I can just get a coil bulb until I am more caught up on bills and such(college sucks lol)

I asked the same question when I got my cham. The board said a repti-glo 5.0 26 watt coil would be all right. I ended up going with a tube light anyway because the coil one broke the moment I tried screwing it in, and also I like that the tube light "spreads out" its light more. But I think going with the coil light right now is just fine. Better to have that than let your cham go without the appropriate UVB.
