Color changes

Hi...so my Finn is only about 2 months old, I'm guessing. He is a veiled. So far he has not changed his colors at all...still a nice bright green. Do they start changing colors at a certain age?

veileds generally start developing their adult coloration between 6 and 12 months
at his current age he will change colors while basking to absorb more heat, when stressed, to show how he is feeling. enjoy this time with him as he will grow fast and you will miss his baby days!!
