Concerned about this chameleon

So i just came upon a account with a panther cham named casper and i noticed there were some eye crusties around the eye?

I dont know anything about the environment but what could this be?

This is caused by low humidity levels as im aware.

This is an old thread, but I'll post this anyway. From the pictures, I'm fairly certain this is the chameleon of a musician I know, Robin. Unfortunately, Casper passed away from cancer somewhat recently, and the cancer is what caused the eye crust. This chameleon was incredibly well taken care of and his condition was not the fault of Robin, just extremely unfortunate genetics
