If she starts to sit low in the cage, sleeps during the day, and doesn't drink or eat well, then she needs to get to the vet before she gets too weak to survive the surgery.
If she doesn't have retained eggs, then you need to make changes to prevent her from laying huge clutches in the future. She should only be eating 4 or 5 crickets every two or three days (or equal caloric value in other insects). Make sure her husbandry is spot on and that her basking temperature is 80F
