Hey, All.
My Panther, "Pixel", did something I'd never seen the other night. It was so cool, I decided to start a new thread to discuss all the mind-blowing things these creatures can do.
So, please share "The coolest thing ever..." about your cham.
Here's what he did: He's currently in a temporary, converted parrot cage. He always lays on the top perch/branch under his lights, just before going to sleep at night.
I went up there to give him an extra watering, because he's in the middle of a slow shed. I pull the cage out from under the lights, in order to water him all over. Since it was so close to the time of his lights shutting off, while I was spraying him, his skin began to go into his "night time colors." (pale yellow with pale red)
I was so amazed he was doing it while I was spraying him, then I realized his lights were still hitting him on his other side. So, I looked around at the other side and he still had his regular deep green, daytime colors going!
He was literally split in half with his coloring! It was the coolest thing ever......!
