Costa Rica!

How fun.............I am jealous too! There are a lot of green Basilisks there. I once had a female that came from Costa Rica. At some resorts the sleeping Basilisks often fall out of the trees as tourists walk around at night. They go into swimming pools sometimes too, I guess. Take a picture of a Basilisk if you see one :)

Hey Catherine,

I'll be taking pictures of anything that moves that doesn't have a camera around it's neck. Already bought my camera rain gear! I'm practicing switching lens's on the fly.

Costa Rica is a really cool place. Don't worry about drinking water. I lived there for two years and tap water was all I drank (well...) because it was the only thing I could afford most of the time. Fidel is right if you are going to get bottled water get it at a Mas por Menos or the Hipermas near the airport. Buying supplies around Monteverde and Fortuna etc. can be a lesson in price gouging. Dont change money at the airport go to a Banco Nacional or one of the private banks like BCR or Mutual Alajuela . Have fun.
