Craigslist pick up

I stumbled across a New in box Reptibreeze Large Cage 18x18x36 on craigslist. The guy had it for 20.00. That just saved me around 50-60 dollars. I was pretty pleased. Now it time to get it setup.

I just bought a couple of brand new Reptibreeze cages. They didn't include the four short screws for the hinges with either cage. I damaged the frame of the one I set up--I misjudged how long the screws were and thought there was enough room. I contacted the Zoo Med, and they immediately mailed me some, but they only sent me six. I have to contact them AGAIN to get four more screws the correct size. Double check you have the short screws before you put it together.

I always end up with extras on both size screws.

They forgot to put any of the short screws for either cage. I could have understood them making a mistake on one cage, but two???? Actually finding where you can contact them on their home page made extremely difficult, too.

Out of all 23 reptibreeze cages I bought, ALL came with 2 extra of both screws. If you contact them, they will send out the screws for free. I always replace my screws with stainless steel ones from Home Depot.
