I gut load with whatever organic greens, veggies and some fruits that I can find. Dandelion greens, arugula, watercress, chard, bell pepper, butternut squash, carrot and a bit of apple is on the buggy menu this week. I always give a bit of Repashy bug burger with some added bee pollen and spirulina too.
I usually use Repashy bug burger for my crickets, hornworms, and dubia roaches. I've given my dubia roach chow to my crickets when I didn't feel like making the bug burger.
