Cricket Size's?

What size Crickets should i be feeding my 2 month old Veiled Chameleon?
From this chart do you think?

I´d say the smaller the better. So give the smallest ones he would take.
This way he has more fun, moves more and the risk for him to get hurt is minimized.
Many small ones is always better than a few bigger ones.

I read that any crickets smaller than the chams head is essential.

Well that´s not exactly it. A feeder must not be larger than the mouth of the cham is wide. But that´s already way too big if you ask me, at least when talking about crickets. Locusts might be a little easier to swallow.

in my opinion, the largest u can feed the better. this is because of the "shell to meat" ratio. I figure the more meat inside the shell, the better. this is just my opinion though. take it or leave it
