every time i feed Kevin (panther) crickets i grab the cricket by the back legs and dust them in some minerals then i put the right in front of them. when i put them in front of Kevin he doesn't focus on the cricket he focuses on me and the crickets run away. now Kevin thinks i'm a threat. hes kinda weird when i grab him hes like ah help  but when i have in him in my hands he's like oh . what can i do for him too quite looking at me while i feed him? how can i make him feel comfortable so the crickets wont run and hide? will he starve?

3.super worms (doesn't eat them)

I would stop grabbing him. He will always view you as a threat if you do that. I would keep trying to hand feed him, but you should also provide him some free range bugs if he is not eating them from your hand. On a side note, how are you dusting your bugs? Are you really pouring the supplements straight onto them? You should put the supplements in a bag, put the bugs in the bag, and shake it to cover them.

It is good that he will not eat the meal worms and super worms. They are not very good for him. I would offer super worms on occasion, but try to add some roaches, silk worms, and horn worms.

i dust my crickets by grabbing them and grabbing the jar and twirling them around in the jar but your idea is better i'll start doing that. also where do i buy roaches, silk worms, and horn worms??? thank you for the reply please answer back. i don't want him to starve.

Also move nice and slow. They don't like you moving fast or jerky. I still don't just grab my cham after 2 months. I can get my hand very close to him without him moving but if he pulls back so do I. Nice and slow. When I do get him out its with a feeder and I make him walk out onto my hand to get it.
