Critique My Enclosure

I am all for natural enclosures but with organic soil is there not a risk of parasites and other nasties from the soil? I know it can be baked but that kills some of the good stuff plants need doesn't it?

I don't bake or bleach anything.
A great percentage of what I use comes from outside (the garden, the woods, etc.) consequently, I have snails, slugs, millipedes and various other WC inverts in all my enclosures.
They do a great job of keeping things clean!

How about Reptibark as a substrate? I just set up my enclosure and saw that Zoo Med offered it as a recommended substrate

You shouldn't have any substrate. In this case, I'm raising neonate montanes in a glass terrariums that require substrate to plant in. Juveniles and older specimens should be in screen cages, with no substrate.
