Well, im thinking of becoming a pimp.. i have many people wanting to use him. hahaha..

but i am looking for a female soon for him
trying to decide what to breed with

Nosy Falys always make gorgeous crosses! They make one of most beautiful cross breeds and you prove me right! truly stunning!

damn! i was racing to the end of the thread to guess Faly + BB ambi!!

and i'm purty happy to see him.....after getting 4 clutches of Bacchus with 4 different blue bar females, i decided to mix things up a bit. so now i've got some Bacchus + Pesca (and her sires).

well, early on when you were selling her, you emailed me "these are from proven lines kush being the male side and the females side is Trition"", so i'm showing my girl's lineage which is done on the Forum all the time. my apologies for not asking your permission to show off magnificent genetics. but you don't have to get yourself in a twist because she was resold and i own her.

but thanks for reposting the photos when you replied so at least the photos are up there twice!

For someone to say crosses are horrible is just ignorant. I wont lie I personally wouldn't cross my locals as I like clean lines but that's personal opinion but no matter what anyone says you carnt disagree that some cross locals are the brightest and most colourful panthers put there

Hey Rob, wondered when you were gonna see this thread....yes, that's the male I got from the 2011 shipment. I couldn't resist breeding him to one of my Faly girls before he went bye-bye just to see what I got, but not to worry, I will definitely let prospective buyers know the babies are crosses.

Are crosses fertile ??? I know other hybreds ( male donkey & horse = mule , female donkey & horse = hinney ) are not . ( Dr Oz will enojy the 2nd reference to chameleons & donkeys ever :)

these crosses aren't different species- they are just different color variations originating from different geographical regions.

So it isn't like donkeys and horses, it's like humans from africa and europe and asia, etc.

But that reminds me- I missed out on the rest of the story because I've been offboard for so long. What ever happened to the dilepis/veiled crosses? (I think that was the cross).

LOL! you're right, I did enjoy that blast from the past.

Common perception has it that there is no effect on fertility as these are all the same species, Furcifer pardalis. Just different locales. With that being said I have seen posts by some that have claimed infertility, but I can't see why that would occur for this reason.
