Custom Enclosure Base?

Flat.

From the sounds of it it's as if you're going through a cut and buff process like you would on clear coat minus the buff portion.

Ended figuring out another solution that was cheaper and easier than getting PVC and mixing and pouring resin/epoxy.

Ended up getting a sheet of corrugated plastic (also known as plastic cardboard in some places) cut it to size and then applied a self-adhesive vinyl floor tile to it and trimmed it to size. By itself the corrugated plastic is flimsy, but layered with the tile it was significantly less flexible and the tiles are built for wear and tear and are easy to clean.

I'll post pictures of this setup later once I get my new light in.

So basically to throw some pictures of what I described above. The first pic is of the corrugated plastic cut to size, followed by the vinyl tile that was laid over the corrugated plastic. The final picture is of the new cages (top) over the ZooMed kit cages below.

I plan to get some more plants in the enclosures. As of right now, the larger (18x18x36) enclosures have my Xanth pair (separated) and my Jacksonii pair (separated) are in the old enclosures below since they are currently significantly smaller.
