Today at 9:47 I realized my Cham had some different colors on him I felt like he wasn't happy and I started to handle him after that I brought him to some light to see the colors better (because my room and his cage where dark) and when I turn on the light his colors start changing normal then darker and exotic then I bring him back to my room which it still dark and he changes to his darker colors again and so I'm guessing he afraid of the dark which is cute as heck! :)

You absolutely must read every single article on keeping chameleons in the resource section of this web site. You are doing so many things that are stressful to this animal and you have no understanding of the stress you are putting it under. I am not trying to be mean or critical but you don't understand what you are seeing or the very nature of a chameleon. Unless you do and start doing things that will let this animal thrive, I fear it won't end well. They die when they become stressed. They really do.

You don't have a feel for this animal and I am really really afraid for it. I know you mean well, but meaning well and doing all the wrong things will still leave you a dead chameleon.

I don't have time to help you at the moment. I wish I could.

Please don't handle this animal. Don't touch it. Don't open the cage except to feed it. Don't even look at it closely. Every time you touch it you or look at it you are stressing it. You cannot get a better look at the colors by moving it under better lighting. They instantly change their colors based on their mood and a few other things so the color changes as soon as you approach the cage. That you don't realize that is bothersome.

You can learn this but you have to put in the time to study. I can't solve your problems--you are the only one who can keep this animal alive.

Start by not touching it and making sure it has everything it needs. You will find what it needs in the care sheet under the resource section of this web site.

Good luck. I hope one of the experienced keepers takes you under their wing and helps walk you through it. Your descriptions of your complaints are so vague that experienced people will have a hard time answering because they really can't get a good picture of what is happening.
