Dead, diced hornworms and making them "move"

Hi all, I have some massive hornworms that my juvie chameleon cannot safely eat. If I put them in a cold coma and cut them up, how do I make them move besides a vibrating dish (exo terra makes one)? I tried wiggling with the tongs but she practically rolled her eyes and walked away. Is there another trick I am missing?

Ill be honest, i have "flown" them before with sewing thread. My veiled would eat the rare flying pinky that is seldom seen in the wild. Once you get chomp a slight tug and the string is free.
