Dead Skin

Is it alright for my chameleon to have dried up skin aorund her nose I heard that it was due to not enough water and I wonder becuase she never seems to drink I have seen her drink twice in the month that I have owned her is that normal is there a better way to get her to drink I've tryed the drip system and the spray

A picture would help alot... When you say dead skin... Are you sure that it is skin? Or could be be excess minerals being excreted through the nose?
