Dehydrated cham!! HELP!

My 4 month old male veiled cham seems to be dehydrated!! I've been hand watering him for the past few days he has been doing better but I want to get him to full recovery, he has a dripper and I mist him up to 15 times a day and he also had lettuce in his cage, he takes a bite of the lettuce a few times a day. What can I do to make him recover all the day his skin seems droopy when I pinch it alil it stay in that form and doesn't go back to normal=( can anyone help please!!

Put him on a branch ,turn on the shower warm water, I put him under the spray but not directly the outer spray like if its raining ,if ur shower is too hard aim it at the wall n let it bounce,good luck

10 min or so as it builds up on his head it will slide down his face n u will c him drink,u ll c when he stops drinking also if he tries to get away like he is scared put him under gradually if that dont work stop and try later ,that's what works for my chams .
