I got my boy about a week

ago, in his mesh cage I have a dripper going constantly, as well as misting and a humidifier, but I’m worried that he’s still not getting enough water. The picture of him on the hand is when I first got him and the second is most recent. I just want to be the best mom possible.

Hi and welcome, what is your humidity day and night, how are you measuring the humidity? What type of humidifier are you using and when ?

Im have the humidifier going at night, it ranges from 70-100. I don’t normally have it on during the day. I did just get a new humidifier that’s still on its way

What type of humidifier as they are not all the same it needs to be a cool mist humidifier

Make sure your not running the humidifier during the day with lights on.. You want cool mist humidifier and only running at night when temps drop.

For the urate it can be up to 50% yellow/orange and still indicate a fully hydrated chameleon.

Do you have any other questions on husbandry that we can assist with?
